酒香及酒味的強度很好,亦有充份的複雜性,同時也有其田土風格。餘韻令人回味的長。即使是一個好年份,這些仍反映出酒莊造酒的功力。以特級葡萄園來說這個並不算太好,但這酒整體上是這葡萄園中上之作。

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with barely over medium intensity aromas of red plum, rose jam, toasted spice, wild berry and touch of forest floor. It has medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied with medium fine grain tannin. On palate it gives medium intensity flavours of red cherry, rose pedal, smoke, tea and touch of licorice. Longer than medium length with wild red berry finish. (91)

以這村的風格來 說,這酒算是較粗獷了。酒香算不錯,有一定強度和複雜性,單寧尚算合格,但比想像中"鞋"口。酒味在口中較酒香簡單,餘韻不錯,幾好飲,只是欠缺了點這村那種陰滑柔的風格。

A deep ruby colour dry red wine with fairly high intensity noses of redberry, dried plum, dates, toast, mint leaves, rose and nutmeg, deep and attractive. Medium acidity, alcohol and quite full bodied. Quite tannic but fine grained with fairly high intensity flavours. The flavours contain red plum, mint, toast, clove and black tea. Fairly long length with dried red berry finish. (94)

酒香可以說是深沉吸引,複雜得來又有層次,很好。餘韻也很長,顯示這酒有一定質素。酒味的強度也不錯,複雜性雖然沒有酒香那麼吸引,但亦提供了一定的層次和複雜性,好酒一支,還可陳年,好飲。

This dry red wine has quite deep ruby colour. On nose it gives fairly high intensity aromas of rose perfume, red cherry, cabbage, licorice, and wild berry, good fruity nose. It is dry with medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with soft medium tannin. The flavour intensity is over medium level with flavours of red cherry, toast, cabbage and licorice. Fairly long length with red berry finish. (91)

花果味很好的酒,酒香強勁,像一個花果盤似的。酒雖然仍有07年常見的點點青澀感,但不太明顯。酒味在口中複雜性多了些香料味,但花果味又單調點,有些發展吧!餘韻算長 ,幾好飲。

A medium lemon coloured dry white wine with quite high intensity aromas of ripe lemon, honey, butter and touch of peach, cream and white flower. Medium acidity and alcohol. Quite full bodied with round mouthfeel. Over medium intensity flavours of honey, lemon, wet stone, butter, vanilla and touch of roasted nut. Long length with honey citrus finish. 第二次試這酒。相信這酒已經到頂。酒香很好,複雜性很強,相信亦已充分發展了。酒仍有著圓滿的口感,口中複 雜性開始簡單了點,餘韻很長,令人回味的。有貨的話應該飲了,否則我會懷疑酒的質素會開始跌。

2006 Louis Roederer Cristal

Medium lemon green colour with quite high light and refreshing noses of lemon, white flower, honey, chalk, steel and touch of yeast, it is dry with fairly high acidity, medium alcohol and bodied with creamy mousse. On palate it gives quite high intensity flavours of lemon, chalk, wet stone and green apple. Longer than medium length with apple and lemon finish. (92) Bit lack of palate complexity

維持著清爽凡感的香檳。酒香出眾,強而複雜,泡沫亦綿綿的。 複雜性在口中不及酒香,餘韻亦算長,幾好飲。貫徹著中上水平的香檳,愛清爽口感的人會很喜歡的。

Medium lemon green coloured with barely over medium intensity aromas of lemon, steel, floral and touch of vanilla and honey, this dry white wine is dry with fairly high refreshing acidity, medium alcohol and slightly fuller than medium bodied. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of lemon, steel, chalk, and touch of vanilla. Medium length with citrus honey finish. (90) Quite palatable but short length.

因木桶關係酒身重了點,酸度足而不屬於尖削,是有點醒神感,強度及複雜性尚算不錯,餘韻不夠長而令評價降低不少。整體還表現出一點地區特性,可口的一款酒。

1969 Cognac Grande Champagne, Cognac de Collection, Jean Grosperrin

A medium intensity copper coloured cognac with medium intensity aromas of prune, apricot, jasmine, orange jam, chalk, citrus peel and touch of tropical fruit. Water dilutes everything. Medium acidity, slightly higher than medium alcohol and quite full bodied. Touch of wood tannin is detected. On palate it gives medium intensity flavour of prune, mango, chalk, jasmine and touch of orange peel. Long length with prune finish. (93) Just because of length

這酒最大的缺點是酒力不夠強,複雜性很不錯,餘韻很長,酒的陳年感亦有一點,但不強。酒亦反映出大香檳區的特性,口感不算太豐厚,但整體來說仍是一枝很不錯的酒。

This single malt whisky has medium gold colour. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of malt, honey, apricot, citrus peel, seaweed and smoke. Water enhances its maltiness. It is dry with medium acidity, well integrated alcohol, quite full bodied with touch of wood tannin. The flavour intensity is higher than medium with flavours of malt, honey, grain and touch of smoke and seaweed. Longer than medium length with honey and malty finish. (92)

別以為四五十年酒一定是完美無瑕。酒有點點陳年感,複雜性及酒力都比一般田四五十年的差了點,特別是酒味方面,這顯示了酒底比較差。是一枝不錯的酒,但不像有四十多年。餘韻亦長,加回點分,不錯。

A blanc de noir champagne with medium lemon colour and red tinge. It has medium intensity aromas of stewed apple, lemon, fresh pear, wild strawberry, steel , chalk and mineral. Higher than medium acidity, medium alcohol and bodied. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of stewed apple, caramel, honey and yeast. Fairly long length with apple crumble finish. Good flavour intensity. (94)

這酒在口中的表現加分不少。酒的強度好,酒香亦很複雜,餘韻亦長,好酒一枝,酒味複雜性不及酒香,但強度好,可能是酒香的強度不及酒味的強度,所以有種強烈感。好飲的。

A dry champagne with medium intensity lemon colour and red tinge. On nose it has medium intensity aromas of  steel, stewed apple, honey, peach, lemon, and touch of mineral. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with  slightly higher than medium intensity flavours of stewed apple, honey, lemon and touch of steel and peach. Longer than medium length with honey lemon finish. 很好的酒香,有點紅果感,似乎在提示這酒是黑中白似的。複雜性在口中弱了點,但仍維持著各方面的酒味,餘韻亦算長,好飲。

黑中白的香檳有一種堅穩的架構。酒力強烈的,餘韻亦算長。酒的複雜性在酒香中較出色。酒亦顯示了一些木桶及舊酒特性,酒好飲,複雜性再強一些更好。

酒的陳化感有點明顯突出,酒力強,酒香複雜性比酒味好,只是酒在口中的複雜性低了點,如果不喜歡舊酒感覺的朋 友可能會不太喜歡。

這酒在各方面的平衡細緻,餘韻長,酒力足,複雜性亦算好。這酒即使有木桶影響下仍展示出田土的特色,做工方面十分出色,一枝可以感受到造酒功力的藝術品。
