1970 Cognac Grande Champagne, Cognac de Collection, Jean Grosperrin

Medium amber coloured Cognac with quite high intensity aromas of caramel, citrus peel, prune and touch of honey and apricot. Water enhances its floral note. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Wood tannin also noted. On palate, it gives medium intensity citrus, jasmine, apricot and touch of caramel. Slightly longer than medium length with jasmine finish. (92) A bit lack of complexity but beautiful finish.

口感豐滿但複雜性有點點不足的。香氣其實頗佳,但在口中酒味差了點,要讚的是餘韻,雖然不是非常長,但韻味很怡人。好飲,但配合一些餐後。

2011 Coteaux Bourguignons, Maison Leroy

A medium intensity lemon coloured wine with higher than medium noses of lemon, floral, mineral, vanilla, oak and hazelnut. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. It also has slightly over medium intensity flavours of lemon, wet stone and vanilla. Medium length (89) Quite simple on palate.

清爽簡潔的一枝有木桶處理的CHARDONNAY。香氣算不錯,口感弱了頗多,其餘韻亦反映了酒的質素,複雜性有所不足,但喜歡鮮爽口感的人會覺得可口的。

2008 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Clavoillon, Domaine Leflaive

This dry white wine possesses medium intensity lemon colour. On nose it has close to pronounced intensity aromas of lemon, white flower, with trace of amber, tropical fruit, honey and walnut. It is dry with slightly higher than medium acidity. Medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. The flavour intensity is over medium with lemon, stone, almond, vanilla and oak. Barely over medium length with citrus finish. (90) Strong minerality

也許是早飲了一點,酒仍是以花果及桶味為主,較成熟的發展味道仍欠奉。餘韻不錯,酒味及酒香的力度也好,複雜性現在仍未足,值得留意是這酒的礦物感頗重,放多幾年看看吧。

1994 Ch. L'Evangile

This is a dry red wine with deep purple colour. On nose it has fairly high intensity black plum, black cherry, smoke, licorice, toasted vanilla and touch of game and violet aromas. Medium acidity, alcohol and slightly fuller than medium bodied. The tannin is barely medium level and touch of greenness. The flavour intensity is at medium level with flavours of black cherry, vegetal, licorice and dried herb. Medium length with black cherry finish. (90)

一個麻麻地年份的酒有這樣的表現算不錯了。酒香算強而有一定複雜性。酒在口中表現較一般,單寧還有一點青澀,餘韻合格的,佐餐不錯,剩飲會有點空洞感。

Medium amber colour with fairly high intensity aromas of honey, apricot, vanilla, botrytis, citrus peel and touch of raisin, this Sauternes is very sweet with medium acidity and alcohol. Almost full bodied with medium intensity flavours of honey, raisin, apricot and touch of citrus peel. Longer than medium length with apricot finish. (90)

發展得幾好,香氣複雜性不錯,只是在口中的複雜性少了點。餘韻亦合格有餘,雖不是太長。酒的甜酸平衡尚可,但再藏的話可能會酸度不足而漿口了。 要有爽口感的話還是快喝好了。

This is a deep ruby coloured dry red wine. On nose it gives higher than medium intensity aromas of violet, earth, anise, red cherry and touch of licorice and tar. Medium bodied, alcohol and acidity with fine grained medium tannin. The flavour intensity is slightly higher than medium level. Black cherry, violet, licorice and British tea. Medium length with red plum finish. (90)

酒香還算複雜,亦有一定力度。但是酒在口中的表現令人覺得有點普通,餘韻亦很普通,好像平平無期似的。以GAJA的水準來說這枝酒有點失望。

A deep purple dry red wine with quite high intensity noses of blackcurrant, plum, violet, licorice and touch of chocolate and earth. It has medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with soft and ripe medium tannin. Over medium flavours of blackcurrant, bell pepper, licorice, herbaceous and touch of earth and mineral. Fairly long length with black plum finish. (92)

幾好飲喎! 比想像好。酒香及酒味都達中上水平,口感亦柔順 ,餘韻亦算長。很公整的一枝好年份波爾多,早期買落的人有褔了。現在的發展成熟,好飲的,佐餐或剩飲也不錯。

Fairly  deep ruby coloured with over medium intensity aromas of vegetal, black cherry, licorice and touch of earth, tea and lavender. It is dry with lower than medium acidity, barely medium alcohol and medium bodied. Soft tannin at lower than medium level. On palate it has slightly higher than medium flavours of blueberry, vegetal, licorice, tea and dried herb. Barely longer than medium length with berry finish. (87)

老酒一枝,酒的架構已變鬆散了,酒味仍有但正在下降 中,但仍可飲用的。38年酒仲有這表現其實是合格有餘的了。

1999 Gevrey Chambertin 1er Cru Petite Chapelle, Domaine Jean & Jean Louis Trapet

Deep ruby coloured with over medium noses of black plum, vanilla, rose jam, strawberry candy and touch of cabbage and licorice, it is a dry red wine with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. The tannin is at medium level and ripe and silky in nature. On palate, it has medium intensity flavours of red cherry, vegetal, cabbage, rose and licorice. Medium length with red plummy finish. 中庸之道的一款酒品,不錯的酒香力度及複雜性,一直申延至口中的酒味,直到餘韻,非常一致。值得讚是單寧成熟柔滑,可以輕鬆地暢飲的。

Medium lemon green coloured with over medium intensity aromas of lemon, cream, honey, bread and touch of yeast and camomile. It is off dry with higher than medium zesty acidity. Medium alcohol and fuller than medium bodied. Creamy mousse with slightly over medium flavours of citrus, green apple, yeast, honey and brown bread. Longer than medium length with honey citrus finish. (92)

有著不錯的酒香力度和複雜性,這酒的口感均衡而豐厚。酒味在口中表現較酒香差,餘韻尚算不錯,幾好飲。

A deep ruby coloured dry red wine with close to pronounced aromas of red berry, red plum, rose jam, licorice, dried herb and touch of cabbage, earth, anise and smoke. Medium acidity and alcohol. Slightly fuller than medium bodied with ripe medium tannin. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, rose, dusty, and dried spices like licorice, and clove. Long length with red plum and rose finish. (94)

十多年的酒,仍好像新近年份般的活力。酒香強而複雜,口感順滑,餘韻長而誘人,非常出色 。酒仍在轉化階段,還可以陳年,現飲亦已很不錯了,只是口感像重了點,在優雅感方面有所欠缺的。對它將來的表現很有期望。

This old red wine still possesses quite high intensity purple colour. On nose it has quite high intensity aromas of bell pepper, black cherry, vegetal and touch of wet forest, damp wood and wormwood notes. It is dry with lower than medium acidity. Medium alcohol and bodied with medium fine-grained tannin. The flavours intensity is at medium level. Bell pepper, tea, licorice and touch of plum and earth. Fairly long length with bell pepper finish. (88)

老酒風味展現的一個好例子,成熟的酒香及酒味,完全優雅地顯示出來,餘韻長。因年紀關係果味已消退了很多,酸度亦不足,酒的鮮活性下降不少,但以一枝老酒來說也頗正常,口中複雜性沒有酒香那麼好,但仍是可口的。

This dry wine white has medium lemon in colour. On nose it gives medium intensity aromas of lemon, honey, musky, cream, butter and touch of lime and floral notes. Full bodied with medium alcohol and acidity. Fairly high flavour intensity and close to long length with honey citrus finish. Flavours contain lemon, floral, cream and mineral. (92) good structure.

酒香誘人但口中複雜性出奇地簡單了。強勁的力度是這酒的亮點,不論香氣酒味及餘韻均是。這酒亦貫徹這條村的特色,口感豐滿油潤,不錯。

This dry white wine has medium intensity lemon colour and fairly high intensity noses of lemon candy, honey, mineral, white flower and traces of mineral, musky and hazelnut. Medium acidity, alcohol and close to full bodied. The flavour intensity is fairly high with citrus, honey, mineral, musky and almond flavours. Close to long length with citrus and musky finish. 酒香在力度及複雜性均不錯 ,可是酒在口中的表現簡單了點,以這葡萄園來說應該更好(還是我期望太高?)。酒的餘韻長而吸引,加分不小,整體來說也是一枝很不錯的好酒。
