Medium lemon coloured with barely over medium noses of honey, lemon, peach and touch of mineral and musk. It is dry with barely medium acidity, medium alcohol and almost full bodied. Oily mouthfeel. The palates gives medium intensity flavours of peach, honey, lemon and touch of stone. Slightly over medium length with peachy finish. (89) Alcohol sticks out a bit.

貫徹了隆河的白酒 ,酒精感重了點,酸度低了點。取而代之的是濃厚的酒香和豐滿的口感,油油的。複雜性只是一般,餘韻也不錯,可以一喝。

A dry ruby wine with fairly high intensity aromas of red plum jam, raisin, vanilla, sweet herbs and touch of earth and brandy. Medium acidity and alcohol with full bodied. Tannin is soft and at medium level with medium flavours of red plum, vanilla, alcohol, raisin and touch of clove. Barely medium length with plum finish. (90)

此酒若不是因為夠濃厚的話,我是不會給這分數的。酒展示到其特色,複雜性亦合格,酒香比酒味吸引。酒味在口中弱了點,餘韻短到有點奇怪,佐餐會好一點。

This wine possesses medium lemon green colour. On nose it gives fairly high intensity aromas of lemon, mineral, white flower, wet stone, vanilla and oak. Dry with medium acidity, alcohol and bodied. Fairly high intensity flavours of citrus, floral, wet stone and touch of grapefruit. Fairly long length with citrus finish. (91) Too young to drink.

又早飲了,田土的風格仍未充分展現。酒仍是花果木的組合,唯勝在力度足,有一定發展空間。複雜性的發展已開始預見了,兩三年後再 試也不遲。

A medium lemon green coloured dry white wine with medium noses of lemon, floral, vanilla, honey and peach. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied, with slightly over medium flavours of lemon, floral, honey and touch of vanilla. Fairly long length with citrus finish. (91) Fresh and green, good length.

這葡萄園的酒試了很多不同酒廠的產品,這個的口感比較單薄了點。香氣及酒味複雜性也不錯,但以花果味為主,層次感受到少了點點,最好的是其餘韻,長而討好,不錯。

This dry white wine has medium lemon colour. On nose it gives slightly over medium intensity aromas of citrus, mineral, wet stone, white flower, almond, vanilla and touch of honey. Mellow medium acidity and medium alcohol. Fuller than medium bodied. On palate it has over medium flavours of lemon, almond, mineral, white flower and touch of honey. Longer than medium length with citrus honey finish. (92)

口感圓潤豐滿的,不論在酒香及酒味都有一定複雜性及強度 。餘韻算長,亦吸引。只是酒在口中的變化不大,頗一致,幾好飲的。

Medium lemon green colour with medium noses of grapefruit, guava, white flower and touch of pineapple and cream soda. It is dry with medium acidity and alcohol. Slightly fuller than medium bodied and over medium flavours of bitter lemon, grass, mineral and touch of honey. Medium length grapefruit finish. (90)

這酒整體不錯,有清爽感之餘亦有一定複雜性,只是酒香較單一了點。7年的酒酸度一點也不削,可是餘韻散得頗快。最後,唔好理價錢會飲得開心好多.........

88年酒仍可說是有一定新鮮感,酒香不錯,但複雜性應仍有發展,酒味在口中複雜性及力度轉弱了,餘韻不錯,甜酸平衡仍維持得可以,可口的甜河酒,但別抱太高期望。

A Medium copper coloured Sauternes with close to pronounced intensity aromas of apricot, honey, caramel, grassy, stone and orange marmalade with touch of botrytis notes. It is quite sweet still with medium acidity, a bit lower in alcohol with slightly fuller than medium bodied. On palate it gives medium flavours of orange peel, apricot, honey, wet stone and touch of grass. Medium length with citrus peel and tea. (89)

雖然年紀唔細,但陳得幾好。酒香複雜性已盡,但全面發展,仲發展得幾好。酒香亦有一點點開始氧化感。酒味較弱。不論在酒味及餘韻都應該將會每況愈下,酒精感下跌,要快飲了。

A dry red wine with fairly deep ruby colour and over medium intensity noses of strawberry, red wild cherry, cedar, mushroom, game, rose and earth. Medium acidity, alcohol and bodied with fairly high level of fine-grained tannin. On palate it has quite high intensity flavours of red cherry, cabbage, rose, licorice, damp earth and mushroom. Fairly long length with red cherry finish. (91)

不錯的酒品。有較強的酒香及酒味,亦有一定的複雜性。餘韻算長,口感亦有一點優雅感和清純感,淨飲或佐餐都會好好。

1999 Vosne Romanee Cuvee Duvault Blochet, Domaine de la Romanee Conti

This dry red wine has close to deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it has fairly high intensity aromas of black cherry, strawberry jam, mineral, menthol, cabbage, mushroom, pine, licorice with touch of smoke and damp earth. Medium acidity, alcohol and soft fine-grained tannin. Fuller than medium bodied with fairly high intensity flavours of red berry, strawberry, rose jam, cabbage, mushroom and touch of licorice spice and earth. Close to long length with red plum finish. (93) Balance and concentrated, need time to improve too.

好濃厚的一枝酒,酒香及酒味均強烈複雜,口感亦算順滑,餘韻亦長。酒味在口中的複雜性沒有酒香那麼吸引。整體感覺較濃而致欠了點優雅感。現飲已經幾好飲,但比多些時間陳年應有更好的享受。

Quite deep ruby coloured. Close to pronounced aromas of rose, red cherry, wild berries, licorice, menthol, earth, cabbage, forest floor and touch of cinnamon and cedar, quite light. Dry with medium acidity, Medium alcohol and smooth tannin, with slightly fuller than medium bodied. The flavour intensity is slightly over medium with flavours of rose, plum, cabbage, mushroom, licorice and cedar. Fairly long length with wild red cherry finish. (93) Light in style on nose but turn heavy on palate, interesting.

酒頗精彩。酒香強烈複雜,整體香氣予 人一種輕柔感,絕對不是只得花香一種。酒在口中柔順可口,可能是酒香的關係,酒體令人感覺較重了點,其實主要是酒味的問題。酒味複雜性仍可保持,但一些較重的酒味出了來而酒香的輕柔感冇了。餘韻亦長,非常有趣。

Quite deep ruby colour with fairly high intensity noses of rose, red plum, red cherry jam, menthol, pine, licorice and touch of damp earth. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and slightly fuller than medium bodied. Medium tannin but coarse in nature. On palate it gives over medium intensity flavours of red cherry, rose, cabbage, licorice and earth. Long length with red cherry finish. (92)

這酒的分數最主要來自它的餘韻,夠長。酒亦展示了一點深度及架構,酒香亦強烈複雜,可是酒味在口中的複雜性下跌了一點。最大問題是酒的單寧,有點鞋,扣了點分,但仍是一枝好飲的酒。飲開較順滑的黑皮諾的人會更加覺得枝酒鞋口。

This wine has fairly deep intensity ruby colour. On nose it gives pronounced aromas of red plum, rose perfume, tangerine peel, cherry jam, vanilla, forest floor, licorice with touch of meatiness. It is dry with medium acidity, alcohol and slightly fuller than medium bodied. Medium fine-grained tannin as well. The palate gives fairly high intensity flavours of red cherry, rose, cedar, cabbage and touch of meat, licorice and clove. Long length with red plummy finish. (94)

好酒一枝,酒香複雜而強烈,其複雜性會令人有多重感覺,十分誘人。酒的口感較豐厚,亦順滑。酒味仍保持一定力度, 複雜性與酒香頗一致,但沒有酒香那麼強。餘韻長而厚,好飲。以此葡萄園來說,這酒莊真的做出了出眾的 GRANDS ECHEZEAUX,剛剛夠94分。
